We guarantee eligibility check and contact with family to set up an informational visit within 30 minutes of receiving a referral, RN admission visit within 1 hour of signing informed consents with patient/family and comprehensive nursing report back to referring facility within 24 hours of receiving the referral.
We accept all major insurances. We also accept indigent patients who do not have the means to pay (some conditions may apply)
